Ginger Cruise hosts only 12 largely sized suites feature a window offering views of the bay, all naturally light-flooded and with well-sized balcony. Ginger Cruise expresses her elegance with warm timber floors, marble bathrooms and distinguished design themes that interlace the long-lasting traditions of Northern Vietnam paired with contemporary accents.
The ultra exclusive facility is Ginger’s pool on the sun deck. Elevated and surrounded by comfortable shaded sunbeds, views from the pool are spectacular. So are the views from the spa rooms in the stern of the ship – one VIP spa room comes with steam bath. Combine relaxing spa treatments with dramatic outlooks through floor to ceiling glass windows on the bay.
You can visit caves and a floating fishing village as part of their journey on the cruise. Cooking classes conducted by the on-board chef and massage services are also available.
Ginger’s uniqueness is expresses with a special culinary theme as well as a refreshing lifestyle atmosphere. The terrace deck is a marvelous public area. An almost 360-degree light-flooded restaurant offering live cooking is framed by an outdoor Al-fresco area. An indoor bar corner invites to relax before or after dinner.
Itinerary of Ginger Cruise 2 days/1 night
Day 1: Hanoi – Halong bay
9:30 – 10:00: Pick up from Hanoi, transfer to Halong Bay by shuttle bus or private car (Not included in cabin price).
12:00: The luxurious Ginger sets sail around noontime. You are welcomed by a drink and the crew introduce a short cruise briefing. After checking-in to cabin, lunch is serve in the panorama view restaurant.
We arrive at the area of Cua Van floating fishing village. With a small bamboo boat rowed by the local people we move around in the calm sea of this secluded area and gain an insight into the village life. From here we start to explore a cave, named Tien Ong.
After returning to the boat we sail to the overnight mooring area Luom Bo. During this time Halong Bay reveals its most magnificent beauty – we call it the “blue hour”. Rewind on the sun deck with a drink of your choice and let the moment sink in. During the sailing time our Chef demonstrates as well the preparation of particular Vietnamese dishes.
19:00: Dinner is served in the restaurant either à la carte or buffet style. A presentation in our dining area with more interesting facts and insights on Halong Bay is also offered after dinner.
Day 2: Halong bay – Hanoi
6:30: Wake up early and join our Tai Chi session on sundeck to ease mind and start the day in the most fresh way.
7:30: The boat continues to sail to Titop Island. Prepare yourself for a refreshing morning swim on a sandy beach beneath high rock formations. If you prefer to be more active climb up to the hill top of Titop Island from where you have stunning views over Halong Bay
8:45: Back on board you may like to shower and freshen up. Now it is time to enjoy the last sailing time back to the harbor. A full breakfast is served in the dining room. Relax on the sun deck or dine in the restaurant while savoring the last cruise moments of this iconic site before arriving back on shore.
